How can I join a Jong-dar class?
- First you will need to buy a prepaid card for the online classes.

- You can choose a card for four weeks or sixteen week.
- After we receive your payment, we will send you a link and instructions on how to join the classes.
- The classes are broadcast via Zoom.
In our guided meditation classes you will learn various methods to practice by yourself. Guidance during meditation is not essential but at the beginning it is a great support for your practice. This means that at every 10 minutes or so a teacher will use teaching sentences of the four Naljors ( the system we are using in our meditation sessions), to cut trough your conceptional mind. The yogic practices of Jong-dar that we teach are of great help in supporting your daily meditation practice.
The practices will also improve your physical and mental well being.
Movements can be very dynamic, fluid, relaxed, powerful, soft, explosive, gentle, almost anything. The forms range from simple to challenging - from mild to strongly aerobic.
We offer both physically easy classes, as well as more demanding ones, and you can choose which type is best for you. The first week you can practice for free in order to try them out and see if you have an interest in continuing the practices.
