4. Purpose of the processing of personal data
Fysioacusa's online appointment register and prepaid card purchase register allow customers to book and maintain appointments for Fysioacusa treatments and to purchase prepaid cards. From the register, masseurs working in Fysioacusa can see their work tasks and can maintain their own tasks on the calendar, as well as see prepaid card orders and payments.

5. Information content of the register
First name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address,
whether the customer wishes to receive e-mails and/or SMS notifications,
whether the customer wishes to receive e-mails and/or text message offers.

6. Regular sources of information
The register provides information on the times of bookings made by the customer, purchases and the latest check-in data.
The customer receives information from the system about their reserved time slot by e-mail and/or text message, according to their wishes, and can see their own prepaid cards and their utilization rate.

7. Regular disclosure of information
No information in the register will be disclosed to outside parties.

8. Data transfer outside the EU or the EEA
No information in the register will be disclosed to third parties.

9. Registry security principles
The pages use technical data protection software, which aims at ensuring that entered data remains unchanged and is available only to those entitled to use the information. Only caregivers working at Fysioacusa who use the appointment calendar and one representative from the company Visma have access to the system with a username and password.

Fysioacusa's appointment calendar is a system maintained by Visma.

The persons processing the data in the register are subject to legal professional secrecy and/or have signed a confidentiality agreement in this respect.
