Fysioacusa Oy 2290619-6 sells products to private persons in Finland and abroad. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, as well as the prices. All prices include VAT.

Orders are made from the web page selection by clicking on the link of the product. The order is confirmed by using the payment link to pay for the purchase. By confirming an order you accept these terms and conditions, as well as the product and shipping arrangements. An e-mail confirmation will be sent in cases where an e-mail address is provided at the time of placing the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.
Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator for our online classes. Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted by Bambora's online service. Bambora or Paybyway Oy will appear on your bank account statement and invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through a secure connection.
The purchase occurs between the online customer and the online shop.
The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the purchase.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay cannot be used in the online shop.

Jousto invoice and partial payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons with an account in balance. With Jousto you will receive 30 days to pay without interest or expense. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it all at once or in parts. You can pay for our purchases in up to 36 payments, starting from 9.90 euro/month. Expenses for Jousto partial payment are 3.90 euro/month and 19.90% interest. With Jousto you can pay for purchases valued at between 30 to 3,000 euro. Aurajoki Nordic Oy issues the credit.

Orders are sent during working days. Products are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. Delivery of products may be delayed if there is a problem with your internet connection. The links for the internet course sessions and the classes will be sent via e-mail to the customer. The classes are broadcast via Zoom. The upload of courses to the customer's computer and the customer's internet connection is the customer's own responsibility.
Please inform us without delay - and within 14 days - if a product is lost or was damaged in transit. The delivery company must also be informed regarding any products damaged in shipping.
The customer has the right to exchange or return ordered products within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer has the right to exchange or return all or part of the products in the order. The exchanged or returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. If you wish to exchange or return products please contact us first for further instructions. Please enclose your name, contact details and your bank account number in order to receive the refund.
Cancelling an order, defect liability and reclamations:
The customer has the right to cancel an order before the order is dispatched. The cancellation must be carried out by sending an e-mail to the online shop customer support team. The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact customer support immediately in the case of a reclamation. The consumer has the right to file a dispute in the Consumer Disputes Board in the case of a dispute between the online shop and the consumer.
